• End to end recruitment for open positions assigned, i.e., Accounts, Marketing,
  
  
• HR, Ops & Sales roles.(80% of the role)
  
  
• Employee Engagement initiatives w.r.t daily corporate communication, quarterly
  
  
• challenges & monthly fun activities
  
  
• Organizing and overlooking trainings for departments assigned
  
  
• Ad hoc operations tasks assigned as per necessity
  
  
• What were looking for in the Ideal Candidate
  
  
• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition of at least 1 year preferably in a startup or corporate
  
  
• Knowledge on job portals like Naukri.com, Indeed and social media channels like
  
  
• instagram, facebook, etc
  
  
• Excellent communication skills and written skills
