Job Description

• Maintain books of accounts for the division and ensure compliance
• Performance MIS, Variance Analysis etc. for the division on Monthly & Quarterly basis
• Coordination with Plants and other functions
• Costing, pricing and evaluation of Business case
• Managing Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable (Working Capital Management)
• AOP, SBP - coordination for preparation and completion
• Statutory and internal audit coordination
• Preparation for board and audit committee meetings
• Ensure compliances - TDS, GST, PF, ESI etc.

• CA/CMA with 20+ years of experience
• Demonstrated excellence in managing finance, accounting, budgeting, control and reporting
• Demonstrated collaborative and flexible style with a strong service mentality
• Hands-on manager with integrity and a desire to work in a dynamic, mission-driven environment
• Ability maintain in-depth relations with all members of the management team
• Ability to motivate, influence and train people
