3. Compliance & Regulatory Management: Oversee statutory compliance, including tax, audit, and legal regulations relevant to listed companies.
4. Risk Management: Implement and monitor risk management frameworks, especially concerning currency, credit, and operational risks.
5. Stakeholder Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders, including quarterly and annual financial statements for board and public review.
6. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the finance team, promoting professional growth and skill development.
