Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly financial reports, including balance sheet, profit & loss account, cash flow statement, and budget vs actual variance analysis.
- Manage working capital requirements by analyzing current assets and liabilities.
- Develop annual budgets and forecasts for various functions (sales, opex, capex) and monitor their performance against targets.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations to management.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as GST filings on time.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 8-10 years of experience in finance role with expertise in budgeting and forecasting.
- M.Com degree from a recognized university; MBA/PGDM in Finance preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong skills in financial analysis, detail-oriented decision making, communication skills.
