Finance Manager, 7 to 10 years in Coimbatore

Job Description

• Manage the day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize performance and drive profitability.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and monitor financial performance against budget.
• Oversee cash flow management, including forecasting and liquidity planning.
• Collaborate with other departments to support decision-making and financial planning.

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
• Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and reporting standards.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly
