Finance Manager, 5 to 10 years in Vadodara

Job Description

• Inventory Control - Analysis for Optimization, raising red flag for deviations
• Factory Cost Control - reportage to Functional & Business head
• Payable Management- On time payment & correct accounting, including compliance monitoring
• Product costing & Transfer Price- Std cost fixation and monthly monitoring
• Fixed asset management- Monitoring of capex Budget v/s Act & reportage
• Audit and Financial control- Preparation data requirements for Cost audit, Statutory audits, IFC & Internal audits
• Budgeting- Active participation in Budget preparation for factory & its monthly monitoring
• Taxation-Ensuring Tax compliances. TDS / GST / Old cases
• Should be self-initiator for process improvements

• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively both in writing and orally, ability to establish and accomplish objectives within a corporate environment.
• Proven ability to leverage strong analytical, supervisory and management skills throughout organization.
• Demonstrates professional leadership skills, exhibits drive and determination, is hardworking, with positive attitude. A professional driven by personal and organizational success.
• Demonstrated initiative in working independently with minimal direction; ability to prioritize competing demands and make decisions consistent with corporate goals and objectives

• Post graduate degree in finance or accounting. Cost Accountant/ Chartered Accountant is strongly preferred
• Minimum 5+ yrs experience in managing similar portfolio
• Prior experience of working on SAP
• Prior relevant experience preferably in Manufacturing industry
• Team management experience
• Strong experience in Microsoft office applications
