Finance Manager, 5 to 10 years in Mumbai

Job Description

• Debt & Equity Financing: Structure and raise funds through debt syndication, equity, and structured finance; liaise with banks, NBFCs, and FIs.
• Financial Modeling: Develop cash flow projections, budgeting, and financial forecasts for real estate projects.
• Documentation: Prepare investment teasers, business plans, project reports, and financial documentation for funding proposals.
• Due Diligence: Coordinate with external intermediaries for financial, legal, and technical due diligence.
• Project Monitoring: Track project budgets, sales performance, and profitability, assisting with pricing strategies.
• Regulatory Compliance: Coordinate Form 3 filings, RERA certifications, and other necessary regulatory documentation.
• Bank Liaison: Manage bank guarantees, subvention schemes, and account setups for projects.
• Risk Management: Develop and implement strategies to minimize financial risks.

• Experience: Minimum 8 years in corporate finance or real estate finance.
• Education: MBA, CA
• Skills: Strong financial modeling, budgeting, risk management, and project monitoring. Experience liaising with financial institutions and preparing business plans.
