Job Description

1. Monthly Financial Reporting:

• Prepare, analyze, and present monthly profit and loss statements.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting to aid strategic decision-making.

1. Vendor Management:

• Oversee vendor payment cycles, reconciliation, and account management.
• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure smooth operations.

1. Daily MIS (Management Information System):

• Generate and manage daily MIS reports to track financial metrics and performance.
• Provide actionable insights for operational and strategic improvement.

1. Banking Activities:

• Manage daily banking operations, including fund transfers, reconciliations, and loan management.
• Handle LC (Letter of Credit) and banking documentation for financial transactions.

1. Import Payments:

• Oversee and process import payments in compliance with international trade regulations.
• Coordinate with banks and clearing agents for timely settlement.

1. GST Filing and Compliance:

• Prepare and file GST returns accurately and on time.
• Ensure compliance with GST regulations and resolve related queries.

1. Annual Audit:

• Coordinate and manage the annual financial audit process with internal and external auditors.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and address audit findings effectively.

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA/M com/MBA preferred).
• 5 -10 years of relevant experience in finance management and compliance.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
• Having experience in gold industry will be an advantage
• Strong knowledge of GST regulations and compliance requirements.
