Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Monthly Financial Reporting:
- Prepare, analyze, and present monthly profit and loss statements.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting to aid strategic decision-making.
- Vendor Management:
- Oversee vendor payment cycles, reconciliation, and account management.
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure smooth operations.
- Daily MIS (Management Information System):
- Generate and manage daily MIS reports to track financial metrics and performance.
- Provide actionable insights for operational and strategic improvement.
- Banking Activities:
- Manage daily banking operations, including fund transfers, reconciliations, and loan management.
- Handle LC (Letter of Credit) and banking documentation for financial transactions.
- Import Payments:
- Oversee and process import payments in compliance with international trade regulations.
- Coordinate with banks and clearing agents for timely settlement.
- GST Filing and Compliance:
- Prepare and file GST returns accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with GST regulations and resolve related queries.
- Annual Audit:
- Coordinate and manage the annual financial audit process with internal and external auditors.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and address audit findings effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA/M com/MBA preferred).
- 5 -10 years of relevant experience in finance management and compliance.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
- Having experience in gold industry will be an advantage
- Strong knowledge of GST regulations and compliance requirements.
