Finance Manager, 4 to 9 years in Mumbai

Job Description

• Oversee monthly closing of books, manage payables/receivables, and prepare financial statements and cash flows.
• Manage the finance team ensuring compliance with accounting standards and best practices.
• Coordinate with auditors and generate essential financial reports (Vendor Ageing, Debtors Ageing, etc.).
• Handle necessary filings (FLA, NESL, MSME, 15 CA and CB, etc.) and reconcile/review all ledgers.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet packs, including reconciliation and summary of balance sheet items.
• Manage fixed asset accounting and reporting, along with other finance and accounts-related activities.

• 4 to 10 years of post-qualification corporate experience with a CA or Inter CA qualification.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with attention to detail and a process-driven approach.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel, GST, WHT, Company Laws, and Taxation.
• Up-to-date knowledge of GAAP; SAP knowledge is an added advantage.
• Thoroughness in financial management and reporting.
• Ability to implement and oversee critical accounting procedures and best practices.
