Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily financial activities, including cash flow management, accounts payable/receivable, and budgeting.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and enforce financial policies across the organization.
- Process vendor payments, scrutinize claims, and manage procurements.
- Prepare timely financial statements, forecasts, and reports, ensuring accurate audits and compliance.
- Support leadership in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
Qualifications :
- B.Com/BBA (5+ years), MBA Finance (3+ years), or CA (3+ years).
- Strong expertise in accounting, forecasting, and financial management.
- Experience in both non-profit and for-profit sectors is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
