Position: Finance Manager
Qualification: B.com,CA
Experience: 15 to 20 years

Job description

Responsibilities



  • Focus on getting all the parallel ERP s integrated into financial statement, ensure books are closed on time with appropriate controls, and populate information as and when required.

  • Involve in Accounts & Tax , Treasury, and other members of finance and accounts who takes care of designated work like AP, AR, Banking, Receivables and Sales accounting team etc.

  • Ensure that all bank accounts and creditor ledger statements are regularly reviewed and reconciled.

  • Oversee all GST matters, looking at efficient ways of reducing GST liability and update of current GST legislation.

  • Submit the monthly P&L to management by 2nd of every month.

  • Have analytical skill and should project the breakeven and overlook the business outcome on monthly basis.

Basic Qualifications



  • Qualification: B.Com/CA/ICMA Inter

  • Experience: 15 to 20 years, (Manufacturing Setup)

  • Location:- India, Gujarat- Surendra Nagar



Age: 35 - 50yrs

Key Competencies



  • Expertise: - Book Closure, Accounting Discipline, System implementation, Good knowledge of IGAAP/USGAAP, Indian taxation, Worked in Start-up environment, and MIS

  • Excellent written and oral English & Hindi language skills

  • Technologically literate Exposure to SAP/JDE

  • Knowledge about Statutory, Direct Tax, GST,Customs,DGFT & SEZ.
