Finance & Accounts Manager, 10 to 15 years in Mumbai

Job Description

• Preparing and Finalising standalone financial statements of the company as per IGAAP, IND AS (under the guidance of Auditors), First time adoption & Schedule III of group companies.
• Preparing estimated profit/loss for advance tax also preparing various workings related to direct and indirect tax scrutiny assessment.
• Reviewing yearly cost allocation of group companies and provision for expenses.
• Preparing related party transaction on yearly basis.
• Reviewing yearly basis fixed asset register for all the group companies.
• Liasoning with directors, auditors, various stakeholder
• Handled Statutory and Internal Audit.
• Assisting in implementation of various business process related controls.
• GST registration, GST returns and computation of tax liability as per GST act.
• Analysing new Taxation provisions & assist in implementation in organization.
• Helping team to understand new provisions of Taxation.
• Resolving teams queries in customer accounting, vendor accounting etc.
• Handling possession, finalising customer discount.
• Assist in Anti-profiteering scrutiny matter.
• Assist in IPO documentation (related to accounts).
• Resolving CRM & other departments Accounts & Tax related queries.
• Handled Direct & Indirect tax scrutiny assessments.
• Should have RERA knowledge
