Job Description

• Oversee and Manage the Accounts Payable Payment functions
• Ensuring team is paying as per frequency and providing timely resolution of Vendor queries / issues
• Oversee and assist in end-to-end payment process
• Assist associates to identify & implement AP improvements.
• Develop and evaluate employees; evaluate performance and workloads; determine work priority; implement changes to improve productivity and increase efficiency through training, coaching and performance management
• Ensure key performance indicators are achieved or exceeded
• Define and enforce clear, measurable targets for operational metrics
