Job description
Role & responsibilities

 Secretarial support to partners of the firm
 Documentation work (Excellent typing skills a must)
 MS Office (Word, Excel ,Power point)
 Co-ordinating appointments
 Travel arrangements
 Filing & record keeping of related documents
 Co-ordination with clients & candidate
 Other as Necessary
The Person:
 Ideal Incumbent will be a Graduate or Post graduate
 Will possess good communication, interpersonal, team working & coordination skills.
 Should have sound command over the English language.
 Should be well versed with MS-Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, and internet.
 Minimum 5 years’ experience as an EA/PA to CEO/CXO/Heads of a company
Compensation
Salary will not be a constraint to the right candidate with right skills & experience
