Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- To look after all legal activities pertaining to the company as per the advise of legal Manger
- Coordinate and prepare petitions/ applications/replies to all the court cases and get approval from the concerned person before filing.
- To provide legal perspectives on statutory matters pertaining to the company after discussion with the external legal counsels
- To prepare and monitor lease / rental agreements and other MOUs as per the requirements of the organization and maintain a tracker for the same
- To attend the court cases on be half of the organization along with the legal counsels and put across company perspectives.
- To perform any other work may be entrusted by the Legal manager from time to time
- To Look after compliance activities pertaining to regulatory bodies
Preferred candidate profile
- Knowledge about Legal Contract Negotiations
- Knowledge about Vetting Legal Documents
- Knowledge about judicial activities and provide legal opinion on statutory matters of the company
- Knowledge about Court procedure and processes
- Knowledge about Legal Complications of Compliance
- Knowledge about Litigation Management
- Legal Knowledge (Revue laws, Labour Laws, NI Act, Civil and Criminal Matters, Corporate Law, Employment Laws, Contract, etc.)
