Job Description

• Guide nurture and challenge people and teams to deliver high performance
• Timely and periodic reviews to review the work of the team members and monitor the work progress
• Continuous engagement with team members and to prevent attrition of team
• Structure draft review negotiate and advise internal and negotiate with external counterparts on variety of agreements viz
• Collaboration Agreement Interest Subvention Agreements Service Provider Agreements Outsourcing Agreements Marketing Agreements Employment Agreements NDA s etc
• Identify and advise on legal risks in connection with development of new products
• Review structure and draft customer journey and product specific documentation including the digital lending documentation
• Develop and maintain standard form of agreements/documents
• Research and analyze legal and regulatory developments to assess their impact on the product and services offered by BFL and ensuring the same are forming part of the dissemination of various stakeholders by way of Legal notes journals etc and aligning the products documents in line with regulatory/statutory changes
• Provide time-sensitive support on wide array of legal issues relating to products/teams viz - SALPL PLCS Business & Prof Loan - Secured & Unsecured Used Auto Car Loan Gold Loan CD Loan Dealer Facility - TA/RF/ACR E-Commerce EMI Card Portfolio REMI Portfolio Life Style Finance(LSF) Life Care Finance(LCF) Digital Product Finance (DPF) Wealth - FD Insurance & Mutual Funds Loan Against FD & Corporate Deposit Wallets Credit Card Marketing & ARU HR NSB BFDL/BFL Marketplace Liaise with external law firms wherever required to ensure specialized advice

• Should have Bachelor of Laws(LLB) degree. Masters in Law(LLM) with bspecialization in corporate/contract laws is preferred.
