Responsible for CS related regulatory functions for Shah Investors Home Ltd Group Companies
- CS related Filing online
- Dealing with regulations and compliances on a steady basis,
- Help the CS organize and prepare agendas and papers for board meetings, committees, and Annual General Meetings (AGMs), Postal ballots etc
- Help with drafting meetings minutes and follow up.
- Preparation and audit of business reports;
- Drafting of Agreements and other legal documents.
