Job description
  • Conduct thorough and detailed KYC verification for new clients. Ensure accurate collection and analysis of client information, and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Manage and implement AML policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements. Conduct regular risk assessments, ongoing monitoring of transactions, and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Actively participate in AML audits. Prepare necessary documentation, assist in the audit process, and implement recommendations for compliance improvement.
  • Implement/conduct AML, CDD, UBO, SAR, ESR, OFAC compliance as per relevant laws in U.A.E and US
  • Liaising with the clients for KYC/ AML compliance and with U.A.E Government authorities/Regulators.
  • Execute and maintain all required company-related filings, documents, reports, and records according to applicable laws and regulations in the U.A.E.
  • Prepare and draft AGM, board resolutions, power of attorney documents, and other legal documents, if any, as required in close coordination with directors and/or members for necessary approvals/consents.
  • Updating, verifying and checking Statutory Records of the Company, i.e. Statutory Register, Minutes Book, other registers which are required to be maintained under various sections of the Companies Act, if any.
  • Keep track of various legal updates affecting the Company and advise the management on compliance applicable
  • Ensuring the integrity of the governance framework, being responsible for the efficient administration of a company, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, and implementing decisions made by the Board of Directors
  • Take the lead on ad-hoc duties and projects. And Be the key governance point of contact.
Desired Skill:
  • Conversant with the procedure to be followed by the Company for Incorporation, Alteration in MOA/AOA etc.
  • Strong understanding of AML regulations and KYC procedures.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects.
  • The Candidate should possess Good written, drafting and interpretation of laws skills.
  • The Candidate should be able to deliver the output independently.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
