Required Candidate profile
The incumbent must have following attributes-
1. Commerce Post Graduates or Graduates, passed through out the career in 1st Class and intending to do or having done CS from ICSI
2. Expert knowledge of the various laws like Companies Act ,LLP Act, SEBI Act, RBI Act etc and working knowledge of the Income Tax Act, FEMA, GST etc. Further, there should be good awareness of broad aspects of business and industry,
3. Good command on written and spoken English and on computers including Microsoft/Open Office (especially Excel) and internet and high speed on key board.
4. Ability to manage a team of people, assume authority, responsibility and accountability, control and report on the flow of activities and exceptions, control expenses and earn fees with customer delight.
Preferences:
The placement will be at Mumbai office and preference will be given to those born and brought up in Mumbai respectively and having experience with a medium size CA / CS Firm
