Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage company secretarial functions, including notice preparation, agenda setting, minute taking, and statutory filings with ROC.
- Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations related to listing on BSE/NSE/stock exchanges.
- Coordinate board meetings, EOGMs, AGMs, and other general meetings by ensuring timely circulation of documents to directors and shareholders.
- Oversee CSR activities and provide guidance on FEMA matters.
- Assist in drafting various documents such as DRHPs, prospectuses for IPOs/FPOs/fund raising exercises.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 8-13 years of experience in Company Secretarial role with expertise in listed companies (BSE/NSE).
- Strong knowledge of Companies Act 2013 & Listing Regulations of BSE/NSE/Stock Exchanges/SEBI/ROC.
- Proficiency in drafting agreements
