Duties and Responsibilities:
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the company complies with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including timely filing of returns, maintenance of statutory records, and adherence to corporate governance practices.
Board Support: Prepare and distribute board agendas, minutes, and other necessary documentation. Provide administrative support to the board of directors and ensure effective communication and coordination of board activities.
Legal Documentation: Draft, review, and manage legal documents and contracts, ensuring they are compliant with legal standards and company policies.
Policy Development: Develop and implement corporate policies and procedures related to governance, compliance, and risk management.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for shareholders, regulatory authorities, and other external stakeholders regarding compliance and governance issues.
Risk Management: Identify and assess compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Ensure effective risk management practices are in place.
Annual Reports: Coordinate the preparation and dissemination of the company\'s annual report, ensuring it meets all regulatory requirements and provides transparent communication to stakeholders.
Meeting Coordination: Organize and manage shareholder meetings, board meetings, and other committee meetings, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
Advisory Role: Provide guidance on corporate governance matters and assist in the formulation of company strategies and policies.
Training and Development: Stay updated with the latest industry regulations, standards, and ensure that relevant personnel within the company are trained and informed about compliance and governance issues.
