About the JobBrief description of the role, however not limiting to below points:
1. Manage end-to-end compliance for MFI/NBFC operations, ensuring regulatory adherence.
2. Provide expert guidance on RBI advisories, reporting, and monitoring.
3. Oversee regulatory developments to manage risks, including AML, CFT, KYC, and compliance risks.
4. Conduct risk assessments for products, ensuring alignment with RBI, SEBI, FEMA, AMFI, IRDA, and other regulatory standards.
5. Collaborate with compliance, risk, legal, audit, and regulatory teams for comprehensive compliance management.
6. Perform gap analysis on new guidelines and ensure implementation.
7. Conduct Pre-Production Audits and provide sign-offs on control testing reports.
8. Develop and maintain compliance tools, policies, and risk management documentation.
9. Assist in escalating critical compliance issues to senior management.
Skills Required Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements in fintech, microfinance, and MFI/NBFC sectors.
Proven ability to manage and implement compliance and risk management policies.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to independently execute compliance projects focused on regulatory guidance and risk management documentation.
Qualification:
Postgraduate in Finance and Risk Management, MBA, CA, or CS with 8+ years of experience in Financial Service Compliance, particularly in MFI/NBFC sectors.
Certified compliance professional is a plus.
