  • Annual Filings of various companies.
  • Filling of various e- Forms with Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
  • Assistance in Shifting of Registered office from one state to another.
  • FC-GPR Compliances.
  • Incorporation of Private Limited Company, OPC, LLP.
  • Appointment of Directors and related compliances.
  • Handling routine secretarial work like drafting of Notice, Agenda, Resolutions and Minutes for Board Meetings and General Meetings and efficiently maintaining the said records.
  • Maintaining Statutory Registers of Companies.
  • Preparing and Drafting Board Resolutions from time to time.
  • Preparing and drafting documents related to Annual Filing of Companies
  • Preparing Minutes and Maintaining Minutes Record of Private Limited Companies.
