- Annual Filings of various companies.
- Filling of various e- Forms with Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
- Assistance in Shifting of Registered office from one state to another.
- FC-GPR Compliances.
- Incorporation of Private Limited Company, OPC, LLP.
- Appointment of Directors and related compliances.
- Handling routine secretarial work like drafting of Notice, Agenda, Resolutions and Minutes for Board Meetings and General Meetings and efficiently maintaining the said records.
- Maintaining Statutory Registers of Companies.
- Preparing and Drafting Board Resolutions from time to time.
- Preparing and drafting documents related to Annual Filing of Companies
- Preparing Minutes and Maintaining Minutes Record of Private Limited Companies.
