Job Description:
- Managing entire secretarial activities for the Company and its group Companies.
- Conducting Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, General Meetings, and their ROC filings and preparation and circulation of notice, agenda, minutes, and circular resolutions.
- Filing of various Forms with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
- Managing stock exchange-related compliance activities and Audits for the Debt Segment Company.
- Replying to Queries received from SEBI and Stock Exchanges.
- Handling queries from other internal stakeholders like Finance and Treasury, Customer Care, Admin, Business / Product, etc for various clarifications and other requirements.
- To update Company Management with the latest Notice Circulars and amendments and take necessary action on the same as and when required.
- Draft and Vet agreements as and when required
- Qualification: CS Professional, LLB & Compliance
