Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage company secretarial activities, including notice preparation, agenda setting, MOM, and statutory filings with MCA.
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, FEMA regulations, Listing Agreement requirements, and other relevant laws.
- Coordinate board meetings & general meetings by drafting letters and resolutions as needed.
- Provide support on corporate governance matters related to company law and secretarial functions.
- Maintain accurate records of all company documents and maintain confidentiality where required.
- Liaise with external regulators and advisers such as lawyers and auditors.
- Take an active role and provide valuable input to the management decisions related to sharing issues, mergers, and takeovers.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-5 years of experience in company secretary role or equivalent position.
- CS Qualified & Bachelor\'s degree in Law (LLB - Preferable) from a recognized university.
- Strong knowledge of companies act, company law, company secretarial functions, FEMA regulations, drafting agenda and listing agreement requirements.
