Role & responsibilities


  • Review of Secretarial & documents including Board meeting & Shareholder meetings.
  • Monitoring and tracking of applicable compliances of the clients assigned.
  • Proactive approach and ability to handle client relationship efficiently.
  • Ability to manage Debtors recovery within the stipulated time period.
  • Cooperative & collaborative attitude towards team, result and solution-oriented approach.
  • Efficiently use the available resources to get the job done.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and time management ability.

Education Qualification:

CS Trainee - CS Executive ( 2 Group Clear)
Associate/ Senior Associate - 1-3 Years of Experience
