Role & responsibilities
- Review of Secretarial & documents including Board meeting & Shareholder meetings.
- Monitoring and tracking of applicable compliances of the clients assigned.
- Proactive approach and ability to handle client relationship efficiently.
- Ability to manage Debtors recovery within the stipulated time period.
- Cooperative & collaborative attitude towards team, result and solution-oriented approach.
- Efficiently use the available resources to get the job done.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organization and time management ability.
