The position exists to ensure all legal/statutory actions required in acquiring land and settlements, resolving legal cases arising out of land and revenue matters and resettlement of project affected areas without any legal hassles for Jharia Division
Resolve legal cases arising out of land and revenue matters.
Administration of sub-lease
No work stoppages by affected people, govt officials and other stake holders.
Encroachment related matters
Decide the strategies for Jharia division based on proposed downstream development and work out plan for its Land, Lease & Legal requirements
Required Skills
The candidate should have legal experience in dealing with land and revenue matters. Persons having working experience in Govt land and revenue offices would be added advantage .Should have knowledge of the working of Civil courts.
