Job description
Experience - 25 - 30 years of experience in Construction and Project Management out of which 5-7 years of P&L exp is must.
- Should have stable career with contributions at each of the places from Real Estate Sector.
Job Profile :
- Will be responsible for P&L Of Real Estate Business and across projects.
- Responsible for the overall Operation Strategy, Project Controls & planning, Project Feasibility, Cost Control, Budgeting, Monitoring, P&L, engineering, procurement, construction, start-up of projects assigned.
- P&L - Project Management , Design & Development, Execution, Legal Formalities for the Purchasers till handover.
- Responsible for Execution of projects, Projects monitoring Engineering, contracts, Tendering, procurement, planning & budgeting, cost monitoring, product quality, safety, estimation, etc.
- Identify and generate pipeline of clients from different targeted sectors (both nationally and overseas), ability to structure joint development deals
- Profile includes business development, tendering, execution of project within time and contractual parameters, closing contract, team building, customer relationship, etc
- Establish connect with CXO level professionals to understand their strategies & expansion plans to offer customised business proposals and show them the benefits of operating from our Clients premises
- Ability and proven track record in handling Commercials, contracts, revenue modelling and a perspective on legal knowledge/ implications.
- Competitor analysis and study of Market trends in the Commercial Real Estate space. Developing growth strategies and plans, use all tools like credible research documents, and global information on investment patterns into the country and effectively align them and approach them for business as per the corporate goals.
Candidate Profile :
- 25+ years experience preferably in P&L, Operation Strategy, Construction, Monitoring and Planning from Real Estate. Should have stable career with contributions at each of the places.
- Having strong exposure in Township, Large Residential & Commercial Projects from Real Estate, companies at National / Zonal and Global responsibilities, with professional companies and competitive environment.
- An MBA with a proven track record in Strategy, Research, Sales and Business Development in the Real Estate space
- 15 to 20 years of experience with a proven track record in guiding the team and management on investment strategies, real estate cycles, financial and portfolio analysis, lead sourcing and nurturing.
- Prior experience in driving sales and the marketing teams of Commercial Real Estate projects.
- Understanding of Regulatory affairs
- Mature personality with good spoken and written communication skills is desirable.
