The company specializes in Insolvency Resolution Services, Corporate Liquidation, Drafting of Resolution Plans and various advisory services in relation to The Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016, corporate debt restructuring and financial advisory services to Corporates.
The founding promoter Avil Menezes, CA and Lawyer, is a IBBI registered SFA valuer and undertakes valuation assignments apart from assignments under the Code..
Another founding promoter Prajakta Menezes, Advocate and CA, is a practising at NCLT / High Courts and runs a legal firm - PRM Legal - which provides legal advisory and litigation services.
