Job Description

• Examining financial records: Responsible for examining the financial records of listed and unlisted
• company to ensure that they comply with the accounting standards and are free from any material
• misstatements.
• Verifying financial statements: Responsible for verifying the financial statements of the company,
• including the balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and cash flow statement.
• Ensuring compliance: Responsible for ensuring that the company complies with the applicable laws and
• regulations, such as the Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and other relevant laws.
• Identifying risks: The auditor must identify and assess the risks associated with the company\'s
• operations and financial statements, including the risk of fraud.
• Reporting findings: The auditor must prepare a report summarizing their findings and recommendations
• based on their audit. This report is typically presented to the company\'s management and board of
• directors.
• Communicating with stakeholders: The auditor must communicate with various stakeholders, including
• the company\'s management, board of directors, and regulatory authorities.
• Managing client relationships: Candidate shall be responsible for managing client relationships and
• ensuring that client needs are met. This includes preparing reports, communicating with clients, and
• managing project timelines and budgets.
