Job Description

• Operations Management
• Assist in preparing Annual Financial Statements (Balance sheet, cash flow) and related reports
• Ensure timely response to all inter-departmental requests and queries (internal customer)
• Prepare periodic MIS
• Prepare Bank reconciliation statement & maintain records thereof
• Verify and process bills for payment
• Interaction with PMCs and handling party account reconciliation (vendor ledger)
• Prepare IOM (Inter Office Memo) for payment
• Receive and process daily collections from back office
• Manage customer cancellations, refunds, and transfers
• Verify customer dues and issue NOC
• Ensure timely response to all inter-departmental requests and queries (internal customer).
• Government & Authorities.
• Ensure adherence to all Statutory Compliance with respect to GST, Service Tax, VAT, WCT, Labour Cess, Income Tax, etc.
• Handle cases, audits pertaining to Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, GST, and CAG audits
