Chartered Accountant, 5 to 6 years in Mumbai

Job Description

• Control & Reconcile revenues, receivables, inventories, advances, and intercompany transactions of States operations/BU operations
• Responsible for day to day accounts operations and reporting like invoicing, vendors invoicing, receivable, payables etc.
• Prepare full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of States accounts/BU Accounts
• Prepare project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls.
• Review & Approve purchase requisitions as per authority matrix
• Prepare cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations and project teams in analysing margins, variances and cost analysis.
• Prepare Capital Expenditure report
• Prepare Departmental Budget and present Budget vs Actual report
• Statutory compliance in line with local Taxation Laws
• Dealing with Internal and External Auditors.
• Candidate must know about GST & Income Tax and good hands on exposure of Accounts.
• Provide insightful business information reports, with critical analysis
• Initiate periodic updates of financial policies and procedures.
• Co-lead with the BUH to prepare AOP and provide insightful information on key value drivers.
• Proactively advise Business Head on Risks & Opportunities (R&Os) to the attainment of the AOP (i.e. Latest Estimates)
• Provide in-depth analysis of numbers and road to AOP.
