• Conduct regular audits of financial statements and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Analyze financial data, prepare financial reports, and provide insights to support decision-making by management.
• Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard assets and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits and manage audit processes effectively.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
• Provide financial analysis and support for strategic initiatives, including new product launches and market expansions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in auditing and financial analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of financial models and forecasts for business planning and budgeting purposes.

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with experience in auditing and financial analysis.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
• Experience in the retail sector, preferably within jewellery or luxury goods.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and effectively.
