Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Investor Relations and FP&A lead to join our
team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing investor relations, preparing MIS,
and overseeing financial planning and analysis (FP&A). This role requires a strategic thinker
with excellent communication skills and a strong financial background.
Key Responsibilities:
Investor Relations:
1. Develop and maintain relationships with investors.
2. Prepare and deliver presentations, financial reports, and other communication
materials for investors, including monthly MIS.
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
1. Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
2. Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights to the CFO and senior management.
Management Information Systems (MIS):
1. Prepare monthly MIS to support business operations.
2. Ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial data in the MIS.
Fund Raising Support and Documentation:
1. Assist in the preparation of fundraising materials and documentation.
2. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders during fundraising processes.
Preferred Profile:
1. Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or CA/CFA is preferred.
2. Proven experience in investor relations and financial planning & analysis.
3. Strong understanding of financial statements, financial modeling, and performance metrics.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. Ability to build and maintain relationships with investors and internal stakeholders.
6. Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
