Job Description

• Preparation of Tax Audit Reports, including all necessary supporting documents, and coordination with auditors for review.
• Preparation of Income Tax Returns, including necessary documentation, with review by the auditor.
• Final TDS & TCS Reconciliation at year-end before filing the Income Tax Return for Rushil Decor Ltd. (RDL).
• Handling Income Tax assessments and notices, including preparation of relevant work papers and timely responses.
• Reviewing and analyzing monthly GST returns before filing, as well as preparing Annual GST Returns (GSTR-9 & GSTR-9C) for RDL Units.
• Coordination with CHA and the Export team for timely IGST refunds.
• Claiming RoDTEP benefits via the ICE Gate portal on a monthly/quarterly basis.
• Posting Assets MIRO for all RDL plants and processing depreciation monthly in SAP.
• Preparing and submitting quarterly reports on Order Books, Inventories, and Capacity Utilization to the RBI.
• Preparing monthly working for AP Mega Exemption details.
• Managing GST notices and responding to them timely, including coordination and compliance with GST audits.
• Finalizing Annual Books of Accounts, including Notes, Policies, and other relevant documents, and coordinating with auditors for annual report preparation.
• Preparing board meeting data on pending litigation matters related to Direct and Indirect taxes and ensuring the data reaches the CS department for inclusion in the agenda.
