Chartered Accountant, 4 to 7 years in Chennai

Job Description

• Managing finance & accounts requirements independently.
• Preparing MIS reports, Balance sheet ,Budget Preparation/ Budgetary Control
• Statutory Compliances including GST / Income Tax
• Exposure in Trust / Real Estate Accounting.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Accounting software / Tally
• Assist in developing and executing the Operating Plan
• Assist in the development of the corporate organizational and functional chart and Financial planning
• Oversee all accounting reports, establish solid financial reporting, Analise & model strategic initiatives.
• Reviewing and processing payments, Looking for ways to cost-cutting
• Leadership skills and team management
