Chartered Accountant, 3 to 6 years in Kolkata

Job Description

• Assisting Chief Financial Officer in his day to day activities like establishing Internal control and improvement of existing processes, analysing Concurrent & Internal Audit Report etc; 
• Making all the Internal, External and Compliance related communication on behalf of CFO Preparation of Board presentation & monthly presentation for management on regular updates of Finance & Accounts; 
• Secretarial Preparation of Board Resolution, Power of Attorney, Conducting Board Meeting & Annual General Meeting, Quarterly compliances Handling personal Income Tax files of Promoter; 
• Preparation of MIS of statutory compliances; 
• Preparation of Annual Operating Plan of the Company and regular monitoring of it with the actuals; 
• Preparation of Financial Statement along with Statutory compliances of Group Company; 
• Active participation in negotiation and conversion of unsecured creditors of the Company into the Equity Share holders Active participation in the drafting and finalising  the scheme for grating ES OP and doing calculation for allotment of ES OP Regular monitoring of Enhanced Surveillance Measure, 
• Imposed on the Company and regularly updating its status to the Management Regular visit & follow up with Lender, for refund of GST deducted but not deposited by them Actively involved in Purchase committee for reviewing the orders and service contracts placed by the Company.
