Role & responsibilities
- CA with experience in finalisation of accounts (preparation of Balance Sheet, Profit and loss a/c, Cashflow statements)
- Knowledge on Ind AS mandatory.
- Good communication skills
- Liaison with statutory and internal auditors on deliverables.
- Looking into the operations of subsidiaries which are in the business of leasing and real estate.
- Work on various MIS w.r.t the companies she/he is handling.
- Exposure to Real Estate industry and knowledge on SAP will be added advantage.
Preferred candidate profile
CA Final is mandate.
