Job Description

1. Understanding of Inventory movement and transaction recorded at Production floor and at Finance & Accounts Dept in Microsoft ERP (Axapta) and Tally Prime.
2. Audit of all types of Inventory related book entries on daily basis ensuring different classification of stock types.
3. Inventory warehouse wise monitoring & reconciliation.
4. Inventory reconciliation between Books (ERP) and Physical at RM, WIP & FG Levels. Its reporting to Management and account for Reco items (if any) in books.
5. Month end closing of Inventory Books and monthly inventory valuation reports preparation.
6. Validation of actual process loss.
7. Report on effectively utilization of resources at production floor.
8. Review of Inventory related reports extracted from ERP or other existing software and make MIS reporting for Management.
9. Budgets preparation
10. Other MIS / compliance reporting
