Job description
1) Mainly responsible for handling the following functions:
- Preparation of Accounts as per IND AS
- Scrutiny of General Ledger, Month end postings
- Preparation Presentation of Monthly PL report
- Interaction with internal statutory auditors and completion of audits on time
- Budgeting Financial Planning
- Managing treasury cash management operations
- Implementation, Compliance Governance of Internal Financial Controls
- Financial management of receivable and payable
- Provide analytical data to Management (MIS)
2) Ensures the company complies with all tax regulation/tax reports and maintains effective tax compliance practices in Direct / Indirect Taxes, FEMA.
3) Implementing accounting / financial systems with a view to ensure smooth accounting operations and facilitate internal financial control.
Skill Set Required :
1) Knowledge about IND AS, Companies Law, Direct Indirect Tax Laws, FEMA SEBI regulations
2) Experience in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
3) Advance knowledge in MS excel
4) Managing team and executing the work.
5) Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
