Job description
Job involves Finalisation of accounts of clients, Company Audits, Tax Audits, Project Reports, Supervision, preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns.Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare financial statements in accordance with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, US GAAP).
Analyze financial data to identify trends, assess financial performance, and inform strategic decision-making.
Conduct variance analysis to investigate discrepancies between budgeted and actual financial results.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate complex financial information to stakeholders.
Auditing and Assurance:
Perform internal or external audits to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
Identify and assess financial risks and implement control measures.
Maintain a strong understanding of auditing standards and best practices.
Taxation:
Assist with tax planning and compliance to ensure the organization meets its tax obligations.
Stay up-to-date on changes in tax regulations and advise on potential tax implications.
