Job description
To support in execution, finalization of all internal audit related assignments of company\'s operations such as:
1. Assist in development of the audit work plan and performing internal processes
2. Timely execution of internal audits in accordance with the annual audit scope and audit standards issued by ICAI / CIA.
3. Assessing internal controls framework and identify gaps to enhance the audit management structure of internal audits
4. Design appropriate audit methodologies to meet the expectations of the audit function
5. Help co-team members in execution of assignments.
6. Draft audit observations, quantify impact, identify root cause and recommendations for enhancement of performance across the organization.
7. Prepare draft report for respective assignments.
8. Create awareness and guide process owners in implementation of controls as well as sound business practices & processes.
9. Follow up of the audit reports for compliance.
10. Create / Update Risk Registers, Implement risk prevention and mitigation strategies
11. Recognize the potential threats to operational efficiency, develop risk related plans to mitigate risks and also monitoring the progress of the mitigation plan.
12. Identify control weakness and escalate to seniors.
13. Assist in devising policy guidelines on business process & system.
14. Develop understanding of the operations of the company and participate in implementation of the changes in co-ordination with the functional in-charge.
15. Assist in creating awareness for improving controls, minimizing costs and enhancing business performance.
16. Develop skill sets require to deal with ambiguity.
17. Maintenance of Audit documentation Conduct any other assignments entrusted by HOD / Head Internal Audit
