Position: Assistant Manager - Legal
Qualification: LLB
Experience: 5 to 9 Years
Location: Chennai

Job description
  • To provide legal support for various department on legal issues such as employment related issues, sending notices , drafting, review, negotiation and completion of contracts, any trade related issues such as distribution agreement, 
  • Dealing with appropriate department on transporters issue and other issues
  • Standardization of contracts Satisfying various departments of their Legal requirement like drafting, vetting of Documents and agreement like leave and license agreement ,seller purchase agreement etc, documents, suits, application, appeals, writ petition etc.
  • Giving legal brief and opinions as required by the users team. Creating standard operating procedures for various legal issues.
  • Litigation handling before Various Fourm Like High Courts, District Court, Tribunal & other Forum
  • Legal Filings and Documentation: To ensure timely completion and submission of all legal documentation to our Advocates / Various Statutory authorities
  • Responsible for embedding legal procedure creating standard procedures throughout the business by supporting financial recoveries
  • To recovery outstanding monies through filing legal notices and initiating 138 proceedings against the trade and non trade customers, attending court hearing as on when required and filing recovery of money suit before various judicial forums like civil courts & High courts
