Position : Assistant Manager - Legal
Qualification: LLB
Experience : 7-10 Years
Location: Bangalore, Hebbal

Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Having sound knowledge and be able to guide business team on various compliances under FSSAI & BIS.
  • Sound command over drafting, reviewing, negotiating and finalizing various agreements including but not limited to Supply Agreement, Distributor Agreements, NDA, MOU, Lease Deeds, etc. 
  • Ensure all legal obligations and terms are captured to protect the company\'s interest and mitigate any risk which may arise from the same.
  • Handling Legal Litigation matters including consumer complaints, Land Dispute Cases etc.
  • Demonstrates practical application of laws and regulatory issues, corporate governance, Compliance and business practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Candidate having exposure of handling a regional role for south region would be preferred.
  • Excellent drafting skills with hands on experience in contract drafting and management.
  • Knowledge about BIS & FSSAI is mandatory.
  • Candidate having exposure on handling Litigation and land dispute cases will be preferred.
