I) Drafting of Lease agreements, Lease Deeds, LOI and MOU.
II) Full cycle of Contracts Management.
III) Draft, review, negotiate, modify and finalize various contracts relating to Shopping Mall.
Required Candidate profile
Bright and Young Lawyer from a reputed college/ Institute, having exposure in Real Estate (Commercial and Retail )Industry.
Should be Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) and Master of Laws (LL.M)
