Job description
Role & responsibilities
1. Drafting agreements regarding lease, leave & license, supply, service, confidentiality etc.
2. Drafting litigation pleadings, complaints, notices & replies to notices/complaints.
3. Maintaining documents & MIS.
4. Representing company in legal proceedings.
5. Coordinating with external legal counsels.
6. Overseeing regulatory and compliance matters.
Preferred candidate profile
- At least 4 years of relevant experience
- Good drafting skills
- Good verbal and written communication
- Willing to travel to Job location i.e Goregaon East, Mumbai, Mon to Sat.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
