Key Responsibilities Areas:-
1.)Having experience in handling cases relating to exchange arbitration matters, civil law and having experience in handling investor grievances
2.)Accuracy in filing of all statutory returns and forms etc. with Registrar of Companies.
3.) Efficiently handle all secretarial matters.
4.)Ensures timeliness in drafting and filing of different documents and forms with various regulatory authorities.
5.)Maintaining discipline.
6.)Filling of periodical statuary returns.
7.)Coordination with all departments of the organization regarding execution of formalities mentioned in Companies Act.
8.)Managing complete documentation of all the Company related issues.
