Job description
Role & Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Legal Head India
- Responsible for compliances under the Companies Act 2013.
- Timely statutory fillings with the Registrar of Companies (ROC),Reserve Bank of India, MSME related filings, etc.,
- Drafting all statutory meeting agendas and minutes and maintaining minute books.
- Timely holding of statutory meetings such as Board Meetings, EGMs, AGMs, CSR Committee Meetings, etc.
- Assisting the internal teams for audit related queries and timely resolution of auditor queries.
- Compliances related to the foreign Directors, shareholders, KMPs of the companies.
- Preparation and maintenance of all statutory registers, returns, Annual reports, Directors report, financial statement(s) etc.
- Ensuring that the affairs of the companies are conducted in accordance with its objects as contained in its memorandum of association and articles.
- Ensuring all internal company compliances routinely and working closely with local and global team members.
Education and/or Experience:
- LL.B./CS from a reputed institute.
- Candidates with atleast 5 to 8 years of experience after completion of training in secretarial role from reputed companies.
Personal Competencies:
- Excellent writing and speaking skills in English is a must.
- Ability to understand issues and provide workable solutions.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Words, Excel, Power point, etc.
- Commitment to work and deliver and have integrity and honesty.
- Team player with ability to work with large business and legal teams at different locations.
