Job description
- This position is responsible for handling assignments relating to the following for Eicher Motors Limited:
- International Subsidiaries and Branch Office
- ESOP and RSU related activities
- Shareholder Servicing
- IEPF related activities
- CSR reporting and compliance
- RPT monitoring and compliance
- Compliance under Insider Trading Regulations
- Supporting in other secretarial activities
What youll do:
Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- International Subsidiaries and Branch Office
- Managing the secretarial activities of International Subsidiaries and Branch Office and ensuring all compliances and completed on time. Presently we have subsidiaries in Thailand, UK, America, Brazil and Canada
- ESOP and RSU related activities
- Managing all activities relating to ESOP/ RSU grants, exercise, allotment, corporate action and listing of shares and maintaining all records relating to the same.
- Shareholder Servicing
- Attending shareholder complaints, grievances and resolving the same. Anchor the process of duplicate certificate, transmission etc. and represent the Company before SEBI and stock exchanges.
- IEPF related activities
- All compliances under IEPF Rules.
- CSR reporting and compliance
- Monitoring and preparing reports relating to the CSR projects of the Company.
- RPT monitoring and compliance
- Monitoring and keeping check on Related Party Transactions of the Company.
- Compliance under Insider Trading Regulations
- Supporting in other secretarial activities
- Supporting team members in other secretarial activities

- Should have experience of key responsibilities mentioned above
- Hands on exposure in using MS Office - Excel, Word, Powerpoint, MS Access
- Good drafting, communication and presentation skills
- Able to work independently
