Assistant Manager - Accounts & Finance

Job Description

• Handle accounts and investments for Director (HNI) In tally - monthly & annual
• HNI accounts audit
• prepare monthly MIS and cash flow - actual & projected
• Income tax calculations - preparing all data for filing IT Returns and for assessment and appeals
• Advance tax and capital gains tax calculations
• Prepare accounts for Trusts, their audit, Tax Audit and filing with Charity Commissioner
• Handle all documents & procedures for loans - sanction, disbursement, pledge of shares etc.
• Audit of all accounts - compile systematic data in physical and computer files folders
• Record keeping, filing, archiving, and discarding of record and safe keeping of high value original documents in Computer, proper systematic filing in folders with FY
• Handle all bank accounts and payments - online single/ bulk payments and physical cheques, Regular payments on time, monthly BRS and all other reconciliation with all parties, record of approvals
• Handle Investment portfolios with all data for return on investment, expenses, and costs etc.
• Filing & documentation for high value assets
• Prepare actual cash flow for past and projections for future - month, quarter and yearly

• Years of Experience : One year corporate experience post clearing CA OR three years corporate experience post Inter CA
• Experience of handling end to end Account & Finance for HNI will be added advantage.
• Exposure Required : Tally, Accounts, income Tax, investments, audit, bank work, excel
• Highly organized, efficient with good speed in excel
• Good communication- verbal and written
